RCF REPORT

Part A :-

I am pleased to submit report of 1st batch held in Rashtriya Chemical Fertilizers Ltd, (RCF) a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) during April 15 to 23, 2013.

Background :-

After overwhelming response received from 6 batches in MDL covering about 240 operatives, officers & top officials with their family members, with Guruji's Blessings, we got an opportunity to offer it to RCF. RCF is company with 5000 Cr turnover & above 5000 members.

I was fortunate enough to be introduced to the CMD of RCF Mr Rajan in early Dec 2012 by the then just retired Director HR & Marketing, Mr Mukund M Patil, who happened to undergo 14 days residential SSY under our beloved jolly man Sunilji Dodamani in Aurangabad Ashram, 14 years back!

The CMD Sir had immediately forwarded his high recommendations down the line. Shri Arun ji Kulkarni helped me in follow up & after couple of meetings & their inquiries in MDL, our path turned red carpet!

I am overwhelmed to share that they were so satisfied with all their preliminary inquiries that they accepted almost all of our terms & entrusted to us in noon batch of 23 top most imp officials including all HODs of all plants along with 29 operatives in the morning batch from 15th April, 2013! 

We had 9:00 AM to 12:30 Noon & 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM batches & Rambhai whole heartedly conducted & supported in spite of my inability to attend certain sessions. Due to strong union agitations, class on 14th had to be cancelled by the Company as nobody could reach the venue. However, Rambhai took non stop 2 batches 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM & 1 PM to 6:00 PM with the help of Arunbhai ! 

He also voluntarily came for Retreat & conducted Initiation on 20 / 4.

Abhijit Joshi from Tarapur, Dinesh Parwani from Ulhasnagar supported the Retreat & Arun Kulkarni did excellent in organizing & loading best quality fruits, vegis, provisions from Santacruz for the Retreat & was there all the time in 102 hour Corporate Training program. 

Dattaji & Kishor did their best in local catering & coordination. Naresh & Uttam, both from the MDL did join us as volunteer & set an example of seva bhav. 

All teachers & volunteers were amazed to see Ashram in cozy form with 2 new Big 60 Ltr Air Coolers, hall wrapped in green house curtains, new meditation chairs, well decorated hall with lot of variety of small kandils & lamp shades all over the porch & side ways, color lighting around hall & trees. Ashram has now become a Corporate Training Centre in its own style, you would like to visit. I will arrange to mail you snaps, if possible. I request you to visit Ashram once to see its new look. Of course, every month we will be adding a lot of beauty to it with this response.

Every one of participants have participated wonderfully & have earned unique experiences & wanted this Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam & Rebirth experience to be offered to all & one in RCF.

The Director, HR Mr P G Deshpande visited the class on the 1st day & all the way, Ashram on the last day. He offered all his support to us overwhelmed by hearing unbelievable results of the maiden batch! The DGM Ankush Pawarn disclosed that the CMD  Rajan has already requested this to be given to each of 5000 family members in RCF!

I am enriched with confidence & further enthusiasm in Corporate Training by the amazing results we have earned in MDL & RCF & also the unconditional support offered by every one joining our expanding team, from Rajesh, Ashwini, Chandan, Rambhai, Arunbhai to Abhijitji & Dineshji .. 


Part B :-

G Sheshadri, the Chief Manager, Corporate, who has given almost 100% score in his 65 point questionnaire, has shared that with his enhanced energy levels, he will take up higher responsibilities voluntarily & assured to be more helpful in coordinating other Departments. 

Ankesh Takpere, Chief Manager, Tech Services has found no words to express his tremendous gratitude towards Guruji & assured to create harmony wherever he will be. A M Khadilkar, Chief Manager, PHS shares that this was the well organized, designed Training program to improve overall development in each area of life. 

U S Lote, Chief Manager, E, experienced this as most scientific & practical program with all day to day examples with lot of fun inspiring us to offer our best to the world.

Chief Manager, Methanol Plant, D N Divekar, has shared that the dedication & devotion with which this program is offered in simple & lucid manner, covering smallest aspects of life by various team members, brings in lot of harmony individually & in society. 

It is not possible to write all sharing from others members, but everyone has expressed tremendous satisfaction! As on today we have 2 more batches are confirmed by the RCF in June & July 2013 for 60  each & Recharger being started.

I thank Guruji, Manojji & all team members & all who have blessed us for our 2nd step in Corporate World!
